Our Story
In 2021, our journey at 309 Solutions began right in the heart of Aledo, IL. in a small home office. Initially providing only emergency IT support, we uncovered a truth that hit close to home: our rural community was in dire need of top-notch IT help in all aspects, not just for emergencies. That's when it clicked for us – we knew we had to be the ones to step up and fill that gap. With a whole lot of heart and dedication to support those who just want their problems resolved, we became determined to be your go-to team for all things tech.
